Grants Program

History

Since its founding Pax Christi has set aside funds from regular donations to make our contribution to furthering goals of Catholic social teaching.  Current Pax Christi efforts are focused in the areas of education and homelessness, historically in the inner city.

We see to leverage our contributions by working to develop a relationship with our grants recipients through encouraging members of our community to donate their time and talents as volunteers and supporters to them.

Granting Process

Grants are reviewed annually and amounts are adjusted based on the need and available parish resources.  Possibilities for new grants are also evaluated regularly.  Announcements in Pax Christi communication will notify the parish when grant requests can be submitted.
