He is appointed by the Archbishop. He is our spiritual leader and responsible for the pastoral care of the people of Pax Christi.

Special emphasis is on supporting marriage ministry, serving caring centers, senior residences, companion ministry, and funeral ministry.
	Sue Kelley Parish Director skelley@paxchristi.com 952-405-7210	Sue Kelley, Parish Director Sue Kelley directs and supervises the day to day overall operations of Pax Christi.She provides leadership for the development and implementation of all ministries, processes, and policies to effectively achieve Pax Christi's vision. Sue works collaboratively with the pastor, directors of each ministry area, staff, Community Council and Finance Council.

Ken supports administrative functions to serve the parish community and manages use of the building for parish and community groups.
	Vicki Klima Director of Lay Leadership and Communication vklima@paxchristi.com 952-405-7211	Vicki Klima, Director of Leadership Development As the Leadership development staff member, she is responsible to create, develop and implement training and formation of all of our leaders including members, staff and clergy. Vicki will work with all of the ministry area councils and also the Leadership Develop Fund Committee to ensure that training and development and a strategic plan for Pax Christi is permeated through all activities and events. She also directs all communication and strategic planning.

Supervises the justice ministries and faith formation staff and programs and oversees the formation of volunteers in justice and formation ministries, ensuring that the mission of the church and Pax Christi is carried out.
	Renee Dignan Faith Formation rdignan@paxchristi.com 952-405-7212	Renee Dignan, Faith Formation Minister Renee plans, develops, and implements catechesis for the Classroom Program (grades 1 - 6), and our popular summer Vacation Bible Camp. She works as a team member in Faith Formation and makes real the presence of God to hundreds of young Pax Christi members.
	Cindy Novak Sr. High Youth Minister cnovak@paxchristi.com 952-405-7214	Cindy Novak, Senior High Youth Minister Responsible for all senior high programs (grades 9 - 12) including faith formation programs. She works with youth throughout the parish, including retreats, and activities. Cindy also is responsible for implementing the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Allison serves as a resource for social justice and help to form people in practical ways through charity, justice, and outreach.

She assists in the education of stewardship as a way of life, develops and manages hospitality and community life events, volunteer coordination, and planning and resource development.

She confirms stock transactions and other gifts and produces your contribution statements. She also maintains Pax Christi's member database and assists faith formation on a wide range of data.

He also recruits and trains our many volunteers that help out each week in cleaning and maintaining our facility and grounds.

	Todd Nelson Building Services 952-405-7233	Todd Nelson, Evening Building Services He keeps the building and grounds clean and safe, and sets up for meetings. Todd’s specialty is painting. He serves this community Monday through Friday late afternoons and evenings, overseeing evening activities.

She chronicles all parish financial transactions, generates financial statements, and processes payroll and accounts payable.
