Requesting prayers for my husband who is struggling to recover from extensive spinal surgery April 17. Now is rehab after a 13 hr. ordeal in surgery, he is struggling to progress in his rehabilitation and discouraged about the long road ahead.

Dear God,
I know you are within me and beside me. Either I talked to you or not talk to you, connect to you or not connect to you, feel you or not feel you, you are still there. If a love and good will of a mother cannot make a her child to see, then may you with your love, wiseness and power work your way through this being? For all things you do and plan bring life, and not death. Death itself cannot kill the life of a spiritual, believable, faithful being. Is it the love of mother not enough or not love? is it the child wounded and not see and feel? If the love we has been taught and experience is not love then what is love? May you show us true love, and how it heals and brings life to people. May you teach these leaders, authorities, and parents to learn love your way so that we don't just practice "something else" that looks like love but is not love and life itself. May you do your work through me so I realize what love and what is not and heal myself so I can heal others. Amen.
